Uzumfermer is the first family-owned winery in Uzbekistan, located among scenic hills and fertile vineyards. The estate blends traditional viticulture with advanced European technologies. It includes 21 hectares of vineyards, an exotic garden, a small hotel, and a modern winery.
The Uzumfermer tour introduces you to the world of Uzbek winemaking. You will stroll through a one-hectare decorative garden featuring over 1,500 plant species. Then, you will explore the vineyards and learn about eight different grape-growing methods. The tour continues with a visit to the state-of-the-art Italian-style winery, where you’ll discover the full winemaking process. It concludes with a tasting of five wines paired with cheese and fresh fruit.
