Chunkurchak Gorge is located at an altitude of about 2,400 meters above sea level in a mountainous area near Bishkek. The road to the gorge follows a scenic winding route surrounded by pine forests, rocky mountain ridges, and cascading waterfalls. The area includes a biosphere reserve dedicated to protecting rare tulip species, including the royal tulip, which can reach up to 17 centimeters in height.
