SkyWay Ltd. (Sky Way LTD LLP) is a leading Destination Management Company (DMC) operating across Kazakhstan, Central Asia, and the Caucasus, and an exporter of tourism services to international markets. The company develops inbound, domestic, and MICE tourism, building tourism as an integrated system: from logistics and infrastructure to international programs and projects that go beyond the scope of classical tourist services.

SkyWay began its journey as SkyWay Travel LLP in September 2015, during a period of active development for inbound tourism in Kazakhstan. The company quickly progressed to tackling major tasks: in 2017, SkyWay became the official tour operator for Astana EXPO-2017 and hosted over 80,000 tourists from around the world. A special focus during EXPO was on children's educational tourism: the company organized trips for 50,000 schoolchildren and students from all regions of Kazakhstan. The project had a pronounced social character and created over 300 jobs.

Today, SkyWay operates as a multi-level company, developing areas united by common standards of quality, safety, and responsibility: SkyWay Travel (inbound and domestic tourism), SkyWay MICE Official (state, international, and MICE projects), and SkyWay Kids (socially oriented children's and educational programs).

The company's product portfolio covers the full spectrum of services: individual, group, and VIP tours across Kazakhstan with logistics, accommodation, sightseeing and cultural programs, support, and visa assistance; domestic routes for residents of Kazakhstan; combined programs across the region (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, etc.); MICE events of any scale; thematic and niche tours including gastronomic, ethnographic, event-based, ecological, sports, children's, and educational tours; as well as charter programs and transport logistics, railway and combined routes.

The geography of operations expanded gradually: in 2019, SkyWay opened representative offices in Tashkent and Bishkek, and in 2024, an office in Azerbaijan.

Thanks to service quality and an innovative approach, the company has gained industry recognition – membership in PATA, winning the National Tourism Awards 2018 in the "Best Travel Company of Kazakhstan" category, the TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice Award (2020), and the Very Nice service quality mark from Kazakh Tourism.

SkyWay also initiates projects that expand inbound flows and create new channels for attracting tourists: in 2023, in partnership with SCAT airline, it launched the first-ever charter flight from Bahrain to Almaty in the history of Kazakhstan.

In terms of operational scale, the company relies on measurable indicators: over the years of operation, it has served over 150,000 tourists from more than 50 countries worldwide. By the end of 2024, SkyWay hosted 22,000 foreign guests and 1,500 children, with a 37% share of the organized inbound tourism market in Kazakhstan, according to internal analytics.

Goals and Mission

At the core of SkyWay's approach is the idea of tourism as a tool for territorial development: economic, social, and cultural. The company builds long-term partnerships, works with local communities, and views tourism as a systemic industry where trust and responsibility are no less important than the itinerary and service.

Product Quality

SkyWay builds its quality system based on international standards, professional expertise, and sustainable tourism practices. Its priorities include safety, comfort, personalization, and client trust. The principle of transparency is applied in all operations: the company provides complete and reliable information on costs, routes, and service conditions, emphasizes contractual openness, consumer protection, and high-quality feedback.

SkyWay operates through direct partnership agreements with accommodation facilities across Kazakhstan and in Central Asian and Caucasian countries, as well as with providers of food, transport, visa, medical, and event services, enabling flexible pricing and a full service cycle.

Work with human capital is separately emphasized: the company has a database of certified guides, interpreters, and escorts proficient in English, Arabic, Chinese, French, Korean, Hindi, and other languages; specialists undergo regular assessment, training, and certification programs.

Internally, the company actively uses digital tools for transparent management and process optimization: the Bitrix24 CRM, analytics and automation solutions, as well as online booking and request processing systems utilizing AI technologies.

Social Responsibility

The social responsibility of SkyWay LTD is not a one-off charitable activity but an institutional direction integrated into the company's ecosystem. SkyWay Kids develops children's and educational tourism as a social project and a long-term investment in society: contributing to the civic development of schoolchildren, supporting family tourism, and emphasizing the importance of involving children in educational and sightseeing programs across Kazakhstan.

The development of this area is directly linked to the experience of Astana EXPO 2017. The implementation of a large-scale educational excursion project for children and young people from various regions of Kazakhstan marked a turning point for SkyWay, after which children’s tourism was established as a separate, socially oriented area of the company’s activities.

The social framework is complemented by participation in the Kids Go Free program, where children can receive a free domestic flight ticket for vacations within the country, as well as educational partnerships with specialized universities and colleges, including internships and practical training for students.

Values and Principles

SkyWay's value model is built on professionalism, team and quality standards development, innovation and flexibility, as well as responsibility and openness – honest and transparent operations with full accountability to tourists, partners, society, and the state.

Development Prospects

SkyWay LTD is participating in the transformation of Kazakhstan's tourism industry – strengthening the role of tourism in the country's economy and working towards the international recognition of Kazakhstan as a travel destination hub.

The company is actively expanding its international presence, opening new representative offices abroad, participating in international tourism exhibitions and marketing campaigns in key markets (Asia, the Middle East, CIS, Europe). A separate focus is on new tourism products: author's tours, exclusive routes, gastronomic, and ethno-cultural programs. Simultaneously, the company plans to develop digital solutions – online platforms, mobile applications, and tools utilizing AI technologies for booking, tourist support, and business process automation.
